- You means the individual using the Service.

Name, email address, and contact details you provide when joining our application.
Health Data
Information you provide within the Application relating to your physical characteristics, fitness, nutrition, activity, wellness goals, and progress, including metrics such as weight, body measurements, calorie intake, and similar self-reported health and lifestyle information.
User-Provided Data
Information, images, messages, and other materials you voluntarily submit, upload, generate, or transmit through the Application, including:
- Photos of meals or food items submitted for nutritional analysis
- Nutrition logs, activity records, health metrics, and goal tracking entries
- Messages, prompts, questions, and responses exchanged through in-app chat or AI features
You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit. By using the Application and providing User-Provided Data, you grant Us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use such data as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and develop the Service.
We may use meal images, related nutritional data, and chat responses in de-identified or aggregated form to improve our analysis models, algorithms, and product features. When used for internal research or development, such data is not used to personally identify you.
